Campania to SIAL Paris: from pizza to the supply chain, an integrated strategy to bring regional excellence to the world

Pizza as an ambassador of an entire production system. In SIAL Paris 2026 the Campania Region presents TuttoPizza International, a project that uses the international force of Neapolitan pizzaiolo art to tell and promote the regional agro-food chain.

How is TuttoPizza International born?

TuttoPizza International, developed in collaboration with the SIAL circuit, represents a project of great importance for us. The art of Neapolitan pizza maker is an intangible cultural heritage of UNESCO and we have the responsibility to continue promoting it in the world. But to tell the pizza means to tell also flour, mozzarella, fiordilatte, tomato, oil and other excellences of the supply chain.

Why is the collaboration between more councillors important?

Pizza is not only a gastronomic product: it is enterprise, culture, tourism and identity. This is why the project was born from a collaboration between Agriculture and Fisheries, Production Activities, Culture and Tourism. It is an integrated vision that allows the Region to present itself abroad as a system.

How do you transform the notoriety of the bell kitchen into commercial opportunities?

Participation in SIAL must produce concrete opportunities. We organized show cooking that allow international buyers to know the products directly. The Region accompanies companies on foreign markets, helping them to open new channels and commercial prospects.
