Tartuflanghe returns to Expo West 2026 presenting new sauces to the clean-label truffle and expanding the line of sweet creations

Tartuflanghe, a historic Italian company based in Alba and internationally recognized as a reference point for premium truffle products, returns to Expo West 2026 (Stand N1416) presenting a series of important innovations designed for the U.S. retail market.

With over 50 years of experience in the truffle world and a presence in the United States dating back to 1992, Tartuflanghe continues to strengthen its position in the gourmet and specialty American retail landscape through a path of innovation rooted in tradition.

On the occasion of Expo West, the company first introduced a new line of clean-label truffle sauces in the retail channel in the United States, specially developed for contemporary consumers looking for premium products characterized by transparency and simplicity in ingredients.

The new range includes three recipes inspired by Italian tradition and enriched with truffles: Carbonara, Alfredo and Cacio and Pepe.

Manufactured in Italy with selected raw materials, these sauces do not contain artificial, preservative or colouring aromas. They are long-lasting and ready-to-use products, designed to bring gourmet results into everyday cuisine while maintaining Tartuflanghe’s commitment to the authenticity and integrity of ingredients.

The packaging has also been redesigned with a lighter and more contemporary aesthetic and a more environmentally friendly approach. An update that reflects the evolution of the brand, from boutiques specialized to a wider retail distribution, while maintaining its premium positioning.

Expo West will also be an opportunity to present the expansion of the company’s sweet line. Two new Trifulot tastes will be required: one inspired by Dama’s Kisses and one flavored by Vermouth.

The sweet offer is also enriched with the introduction of a Trifulot Advent Calendar, with two pralines for each day, and a Panettone filled with Trifulot hazelnut cream and chocolate drops, which combines the Piedmont sweet tradition with a contemporary approach to taste.

Present in the United States with a dedicated office since 2018, Tartuflanghe maintains a physical presence in the country and has recently opened a loft showroom in Miami. The brand is distributed through specialized gourmet retailers, premium food destinations and some partners of the large national distribution.

During Expo West, Tartuflanghe invites buyers, distributors and media professionals to discover how the brand continues to redefine the truffle category, from fresh truffles to specialty products to new clean-label retail innovations designed for a wider audience.
