Giusti brings 420 years of art of Balsamic vinegar to Expo West 2026

Giusti, the oldest producer in the world of Modena’s Balsamic Vinegar, will participate in Expo West 2026 at the N1415 stand, presenting a portfolio that combines 420 years of tradition with product innovations designed for retail and food service markets in the United States.

Founded in 1605 and today led by Claudio Stefani Giusti, 17th generation of the family, Acetaia Giusti has evolved from a small Modena attic dedicated to vinegar at an international point of reference of Italian excellence, with 21 million euros turnover in 2024, 90 employees and distribution in over 80 countries. At Expo West, Giusti will present two strategic growth pillars for the US market.

The iconic Historical Collection of Giusti, recognisable by the number of gold medals on each label, remains the foundation of corporate identity.

Made according to secular methods of slow aging in barrels of different woods, these balsamics reflect the essential elements defined by Giuseppe Giusti in 1863:

la scelta delle uve
la qualità delle botti
il tempo.

The line continues to be of great interest among specialist retail buyers and the great premium distribution in search of authentic Modena IGP Balsamic Vinegar, with aromatic depth, traceability and culinary versatility.

From premium versions of everyday use to long-aging expressions, the collection offers scalable opportunities on different price bands while maintaining a strong artisanal positioning.

During Expo West the Panettone Giusti with Modena IGP Balsamic Vinegar will be premiered, available in sizes 1 kg and 100 g.

Made with a traditional yeast recipe, the panettone is enriched by the sweet notes of the balsamic Justin, used both in the dough and in the maceration of the raisins. The result offers delicate scents of red fruits and a refined balance between softness and perfume.

The 100 g mignon format is designed for seasonal programs, gifts and cross-merchandising opportunities in specialized and premium retail, offering retailers a distinctive Italian Christmas product with a strong narrative potential.

During Expo West, Giusti will also collaborate with Sammontana Gelati all’Italiana, present at the fair, for a tasting curated at the stand.

Visitors can taste Italian ice cream combined with the aged balsamic Giusti, showing how the artisan tradition can enrich contemporary retail rituals through unusual but harmonious combinations.

“Our work begins and ends with respect for time,” says Claudio Stefani Giusti, CEO and representative of the 17th generation. “At Expo West we do not simply present products, but a system of knowledge that connects history, craftsmanship and contemporary gastronomic culture”.

Visitors are invited to discover the entire range of Balsamic Vinegars in Modena and seasonal innovations at stand N1415.
