From March 6th to 8th at the Fermo Forum returns Tipicity, the exhibition dedicated to the production excellence of the Marche that every year brings together agro-food companies, artisanal realities and brands related to the well-being and local manufacturing. Born in the nineties as a showcase for the Marche chains, the event has grown to become a reference event for companies, buyers and public, with a program that combines tastings, meetings and product presentations. The participation of ERNESI 1978, a brand founded in the Marche and active in the cosmetics sector, among the most important brands in the Italian market for the care of the person.

ERNESI 1978 is a brand specializing in skin and hair products, focusing mainly on formulations based on selected natural ingredients. The natural and “clean” cosmetics is today one of the most sought after segments of the beauty sector: according to the data diffused by Cosmetica Italia, the sector of natural connotation products continues to record a growth greater than the average of the overall market, driven by the attention of consumers towards transparency of ingredients and sustainability.

As CEO Miro Marcelli told the microphones of New York in the podcast Portraits, ERNESI 1978 was born from the initiative of an esterist and a hairdresser who did not find products suitable for their work on the market and decided to develop more natural but scientifically solid formulations. Since the beginning, the artisanal dimension has joined the contribution of figures from the pharmaceutical sector, with the aim of ensuring high technical standards. The historical heart of the company remains the so-called “pharmaceutical” cosmetics – cleansing milk, tonics, masks – to which over the years the line of supplements has been added, with collagen as an element of continuity between topical treatment and food integration.

The link with the Marche is an integral part of the brand’s strategy. Marcelli underlined the use of water from the Sibillini Mountains in formulations and the choice to strengthen the local rooting just while the company starts a path of internationalization. The American base identified is Detroit: according to the CEO, the Midwest is a more representative market-test than the big coastal cities.

For the 2026 edition of Tipicità, ERNESI 1978 announced the setting up of a space that symbolically reproduces its laboratory, transformed for the occasion into a outlet area with purchasing conditions dedicated to visitors
